Weekly sessions aimed at building postural and functional strength, stability and agility for running.
Time: 6.15-7.15 am or 6-7pm
Where: Sea Scout hall, Yarralumla
When: School term based blocks

$50 for initial assessment to ensure activation of specific muscle groups essential to exercise plan
$200 for 10 weeks. Paid in advance.
