Physiotherapist & Director
John graduated from Otago University in NewZealand with a Bachelor of Physiotherapyin 2008. In 2017, John established Cadence Physiotherapy Canberra.
John's decision to pursue a career in physiotherapy was born out of his lifelong passion for running, his special interest in biomechanics and the human body and his motivation to help people.
John has substantial experience in all aspects of musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has a particular interest in sports and running related injuries, corrective exercise
rehabilitation and strengthening programs.
John is an experienced mountain and trail runner and his running career highlights
includes representing Australia at six World Short Course Mountain running Championships and twice at the World Long Course Mountain Running Championships.
Natalie graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy in 1997, and joined Cadence Physiotherapy Canberra in January 2020.
Natalie has over 20 years experience in all aspect of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a special interest in hydrotherapy, corrective exercise rehabilitation and strengthening programs.
Natalie is an accomplished athlete and has competed at five World Ironman Championships and in nineteen Ironman races over the past 20 years. To date, Natalie has not pursued working in an elite sports setting as it is her belief that sport and running is for everyone at every level and so her aim is to keep people moving and involved in whatever their passion.

Alison is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience. In addition to working as a nurse, Alison also works as the the office manager to assist with patient inquires and booking and scheduling at Cadence Physiotherapy Canberra.
